AWE offers 24×7 support by phone, email and a self service site.  Our office is staffed from 7:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST.  Outside of our normal hours there is a phone you can call anytime, nights, weekends and holidays but make sure to listen to all the options.  We also offer a self help site with access to software upgrades, documentation and more.
